ODO 2022: Missing Model
The following model was inadvertently removed from last Saturday's ODO in Richmond, VA. It's a 1/72 scale FW-190. If you know of its whereabouts please notify us at ipmsrichmond@gmail.com so we can return it to its rightful owner. Thank you.
2022 ODO Results and Photos of Class Winners
Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make this year's ODO a success! Without your work both on the day of the show and, for many, the year before, we would not have been able to provide modelers with the experience that is uniquely the ODO. And thanks, too, to all the vendors and attendees for once again making the trek to the Richmond Raceway.
Contest results and other pertinent ODO information can be accessed by clicking here.
Following are photos of the class winners. Several people contributed photos... thanks to all of you!

2022 ODO Rules & Category Clarifications
- Gundam: The four Gundam categories have been split from under Figures, allowing for a "Best Gundam" special award.
- Miscellaneous & Other Materials: Two categories have been added. The old Miscellaneous (Cat. 69) is for primarily plastic models and the winner will be Best of Show eligible. Cat. 70 is Maritime, wood constructed, and is NOT Best of Show eligible. Cat. 71 is All Other Types and is for paper and other materials (not plastic nor wood) and is NOT Best of Show eligible. These changes mirror those at the IPMS USA level and are due to the proliferation of non-plastic-based models.
- Model Registration: Entries are limited to 8 models total with no more than 1 per category.
- Display Only Table: There will only be one Display Only table. Once it is filled, no more will be placed.
- Scratch-Built: 3D printed models/parts ARE allowed, but must be entered in the appropriate stock categories and NOT in Scratch-Built.
- Composition: If the predominate material in a model is other than plastic, those entries MUST be placed in either Cat. 70 or 71 (see "Miscellaneous & Other Materials" under "Categories" above).
- Photos in Time: In addition to how well the models capture the photos displayed, they will also be judged on the quality of the build.
