2018 ODO: Vendor Registration

Vendor registration for the 2018 ODO is now open. A link to the fillable registration form is at the end of this post as well as in the 2018 Old Dominion Open tab.


  • Vendor reservations MUST be paid by January 31, 2018 to hold table requests.
  • Requests may be cancelled at any time up to January 31, 2018.
  • No refunds after January 31, 2018 for any reason.
  • Tables are eight feet long; $35.00 per table.
  • If you need more than two chairs, please bring them with you.
  • If you plan on using your own tables or free-standing display(s), please contact Bob Walls so you can decide how to best situate them.
